We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented team player to be the friendly voice for our customers and the organizational backbone of our daily operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for our customers via phone Manage and coordinate order processing from inquiry to delivery
- Handle written communication and correspondence in French and/or German
- Support and execute customer mailings and communication campaigns
- Prepare and maintain stock overviews and inventory reports
- Maintain and update master data with accuracy and care
- Contribute to smooth daily operations through general administrative support
What You’ll Bring:
- EFZ (3-year apprenticeship) or equivalent commercial education
- Good written and spoken language skills in French and German (minimum B2 level)
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
