Digital DTC & B2B Business Analyst

SCOTT Sports SA is an international sporting goods company. We develop, produce and market bike, motorsports, ski and running products worldwide under multiple brands. Our dynamic and highly motivated IT team is currently seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital DTC & B2B Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive the execution and optimization of our digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business, technology, delivery, and support teams on all requirements-related matters.
You will be responsible for translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring successful delivery of digital projects that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, features, and technology investments.

Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for technical teams.

Elicit and gather requirements from stakeholders through discovery workshops, use cases, scenario analysis, process and data flow analysis, and other relevant techniques.

Produce comprehensive requirements and solution documentation (Business Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and non-functional requirements, Wireframes, User journeys and scenario, Test cases and test plans)

Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify and reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying business needs.

Collaborate with technical leads and solution architects to analyze requirements and assess trade-offs between usability, performance, and technical feasibility.

Provide accurate estimates for tasks within your scope of responsibility.

Brief the Technical Lead and Test Lead on proposed solutions and associated requirements documentation.

Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Measure and report on project performance to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Experience, and Expertise

Proven experience managing digital projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) is required.

Experience with B2B portals, CRM systems (e.g., SAP C4C), and/or ERP integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, Datahub).

Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis, Digital Strategy, or Project Management within DTC, eCommerce, or B2B environments.
Preferred (not required):

SAP Commerce Business Analyst experience

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I – Scrum.org) certification

Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
