You’ll be part of the team planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, shaping the customer journey, driving performance, and boosting the SCOTT brand’s visibility globally.
Key Responsabilities :
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, aligning with marketing requirements and advertising objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns support broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time using analytics to drive actionable insights and optimize ROI.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact across platforms.
- Product Feed Management: Manage, optimize, and troubleshoot product feeds for e-commerce platforms such as Google Shopping and Meta. Automate product feed updates for launches and ongoing updates, ensuring accuracy and timely availability. Regularly audit product feeds to improve titles, descriptions, categories, and images for better platform compliance and visibility.
- SEO, AEO & GEO Support: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies that increase brand visibility across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Drive improvements in website performance and generative search presence.
- Cross-Regional Support: Provide digital marketing support to regional teams, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are executed effectively across markets
- Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Bring innovative ideas to the team to improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2+ years of professional experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. Strong understanding of paid media, product feeds, e-commerce advertising, and campaign optimization strategies.
- Comfortable working with performance data to generate insights and implement optimizations. Experience with A/B testing and reporting tools.
- In-depth understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, advertising technologies, and trends. Ability to leverage emerging tools and best practices to drive campaign performance.
- Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across marketing, e-commerce, and creative functions.
- Knowledge of bike, winter, running sports, or prior experience in sports verticals is a plus.
