Mission:

As an E-Commerce Assistant you will support the E-Commerce Team on day-to-day business and on various projects across our own E-Commerce channels. You will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders from other departments depending on the scope of the projects. Main purpose of this position is to ensure smooth operations and provide high quality services to support the planned growth on both, B2B and DTC channels. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about sports and eager to start a career in e-commerce.

Your Tasks:

• Assist in the day-to-day business and maintenance of e-commerce platforms for B2B, DTC and MP channels.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate product listings, updates, and promotions

• B2B catalogue creation and management

  • Adding new collections to the B2B in different countries

  • Adding marketing content on the B2B website

• First level user support - processing tickets

• Extracting, enriching and preparing data from our different tools and SAP

• Prepare reports and analyse sales data

• Supports the team with other projects

Our Requests:

• Fluent in English, knowledge in German and/or French is an advantage

• First work experience - ideally with online background

• SAP/S4 knowledge could be an advantage

• Technical understanding

• Analytical skills and detailed oriented

• Interests in sports

• Ability to work autonomously

• Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
