Mission:
Creative & Brand Leadership
- Define, evolve and own the global creative vision across all touchpoints and define creative guidelines (campaigns, digital, retail, content)
- Own the Brand Guideline and police brand consistency across teams, divisions, markets, and campaigns
- Own the visual identity and ensure a consistent, distinctive, and culturally relevant brand look & feel globally
- Lead concept development for major campaigns, product launches, and brand moments; this includes the validation of creative briefings and the coordination of external agencies
- Uphold the highest standards of creative excellence and authenticity
Strategic Impact & Business Alignment
- Translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Establish core departmental KPIs to align team on success factors and demonstrate creative/brand ROI
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to align creative work with growth goals
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform creative direction and decision-making
- Contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, and long-term equity building
AI & Emerging Technology Integration
- Identify and implement AI and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows and productivity
- Scale design and content production through smart tooling, automation, and systems
- Upskill the team in AI-driven tools and modern creative practices
- Experiment with new formats, pipelines, and capabilities to future-proof the organization
- Ensure technology enhances — not replaces — creativity, craft, and brand authenticity
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse, multidisciplinary design team (brand creative, on- and offline content, packaging design)
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities
- Build an environment of trust, empathy, and high performance
- Structure and optimize workflows, team models (e.g., pods), and cross-functional collaboration
- Balance creative ambition with operational efficiency and speed
Your profile:
- minimum 5 years of experience in creative, design, brand leadership roles

At least 3 years of proven experience in leading and managing complex, cross‑functional creative teams.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic creative work with measurable business impact

Proven experience in brand design, campaign development, and working with external agencies on creative strategy

Ability to evolve from hands‑on execution into strategic leadership, empowering teams and orchestrating creative output at scale

Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and guide diverse teams with empathy and emotional intelligence

Solid understanding and practical experience in integrating AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows, design systems, and production pipelines

Strategic mindset with strong creative intuition, able to balance efficiency and scalability with brand integrity and creative quality
