Mission:
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and employees, supporting them in daily HR topics and helping to create a positive and well-functioning workplace. You ensure HR processes run smoothly and provide practical guidance on people-related matters.
Your key responsabilities:
- Responsible for recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (excluding payroll) in the assigned departments
- Co-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.
- Advise candidates, employees, and managers on a wide range of HR-related topics
- Ensure the smooth execution of HR processes
- Support the development of employees’ skills and competencies
- Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
Your profile:
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist
- Experienced in Business Partnering or several years of experience as HR Generalist
- Strong sense of quality and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English and in either French or German
- Team-oriented, motivated, and professional
