HR Business Partner

Your mission:
- Supports employees and managers in the assigned area of responsibility in all HR matters.
Tasks:
- Responsibility for all HR-relevant processes from recruitment to departure in the assigned departments.
- Advising managers and employees on all personal issues
- Introduction of new employees and support for foreign employees on joining the company
- Co-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.
- Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
- Participation in HR-relevant projects
Requests:
- EFZ or higher education at tertiary level (federal diploma, federal master's diploma, professional certificate)
- Swiss Federal Diploma HR Specialist
- Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources
