The Head of Digital Marketing leads the strategy and execution of all existing and emerging digital channels to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and e-commerce growth. This role connects brand and performance marketing across markets, ensuring a cohesive, customer-centric approach that converts engagement into measurable commercial impact across both DTC and B2B channels

This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and commerce, owning the full digital marketing ecosystem—from top-of-funnel awareness to conversion and retention. The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for building a scalable, data-driven growth engine that strengthens brand equity, drives profitable customer acquisition, and maximizes lifetime value. 

 

The role requires balancing global consistency with local market effectiveness, while integrating digital marketing tightly with e-commerce, product marketing, and sales.

Key Responsabilities 

 

  • Own digital marketing and performance tracking across all channels, and establish and monitor key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC, conversion, NTF, demand vs. plan
  • Continually build and lead a high-performance, globally connected digital marketing team and foster a culture of accountability, speed, data-driven decision-making to meet evolving business needs and commercial strategy

  • Oversee emails, SMS and customerlifecycle programs to drive improvements in repeat purchase rate, LTV and retention; leverage RFM segmentation and customer data to personalize communication at scale

  • Lead budget planning, optimization, and reporting across multiple regions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all campaigns and channelsmaximize results
  • Expand and diversify performance marketing channels, including affiliate marketing and other scalable digital formats
  • Oversee SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve visibility in search engines and maintain top-tier keyword rankings in Europe and in the US markets
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring delivery of high-quality, and cost-efficient performance
  • Support DTC/E-commerce forecasting and sales planning in addition to amplifyinproduct launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions across digital channels
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights into senior management, to guide investment decisions and strategic adjustments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with e-commerce, brand positioning, and overall business strategy
  • Stay updated on the latest MarTech and AI developments to identify and leverage digital marketing opportunities
  • Identify and implement new opportunities for innovation, diversification, and scalable growth in the digital marketing space

 

 

Requirements  

 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce 
  • Proven track record of driving scalable growth across multiple digital channels 

  • Strong understanding of brand + performance integration 

  • Experience in DTC and/or omnichannel (B2B + DTC) environments 

  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and KPI frameworks 

  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional and international teams 

  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on profitability and customer value 

  • Fluent English
