Intern Simulation Engineer

6 month internship - starting January 2026
Tasks
- Characterize bicycle frames and components using in-house simulation tools
- Develop scripts to further automate simulation workflows
- Model composite layup plybooks
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies to improve simulation efficiency
- Support the simulation engineering team in day-to-day activities
- Prepare written reports and present results to engineers / project managers
We expect:
- Final Year Master’s student with working simulation experience
- Strong knowledge of FEA software (Ansys).
- Scripting skills (Py, VBA, JS)
- Experience in composite manufacturing and analysis.
- Knowledge of CAD software (Creo)
- Ability to work in an engineering team, with proven collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
- Avid Biker.
- Fluent in English; basic knowledge of French or German preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Givisiez, Switzerland
