Now, we’re looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity and help define the next chapter of our brand.

 

Your Mission

As our Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force via our products for how our brand looks, feels, and inspires—across mountains, cities, and digital spaces.

 

You will:

· Own and evolve the visual identity helping to build a category-defining brand

· Translate innovation, performance, and lifestyle into powerful design systems

· Lead creative direction across winter and urban products

· Collaborate closely with industrial design, apparel, footwear, marketing, and content teams

· Set the creative standard and mentor other designers

· Push boundaries while respecting function, clarity, and craft

Tasks:

· Creative Lead for Urban and Wintersports products

· Market research

· Identification of macro and micro trends illustrated by moodboards

· Research and ideation for product graphics and colors

· Creation of technical packages for product graphics and colors

· Together with product management, creation of overviews for product ranges and line plans

· Meetings and presentations to Product Managers and subsidiaries from ideation to production

· Design follow-up and communication with factories

· Keys to your success will be a strong connection with our product range, a good understanding of product graphics and care and precision in the execution

We expect:

· Bachelor degree in graphic design or equivalent cursus

· A robust portfolio including artwork related to action sports

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe AI and PS, with an interest in learning new software

· Detail oriented, organized, flexible and meeting deadlines

· A strong character able to back up his/her designs with research material during presentations to Product Managers and subsidiaries

· Fluency in English is a must both in spoken and written forms

· Sportsman / woman familiar with the sports we represent
