Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across a large, multi-disciplinary marketing organization. This role is responsible for managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across brand, creative, product and events marketing, performance marketing, martech, website content and UX, and e-commerce for both B2B and DTC customers.
The primary focus of the role is to project manage website rollouts and ongoing updates across B2B and DTC platforms, while ensuring tight coordination of content and campaign deliverables between product marketing, content, and performance marketing teams. This is a critical execution role that ensures strategy turns into high-quality, on-time output.
This role sits at the center of marketing execution. Success means faster delivery, better coordination, higher quality output, and stronger commercial impact across brand and performance marketing, B2B and DTC, and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives across brand, content, performance, martech, and e-commerce
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver B2B and DTC website rollouts, updates, enhancements, and ongoing operational needs
- Manage cross-functional timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate content requirements and delivery from product marketing through creative, content, and performance marketing teams
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy, campaign priorities, and commercial objectives
- Maintain clear project documentation, roadmaps, and status reporting to stakeholders
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs early, and proactively drive resolution
- Support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working across the marketing organization
