Payroll Specialist (60-80%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the monthly payroll processing including social insurances
• Accountability for the smooth and correct Time Management–Payroll interface
• Point of contact for payroll matters
• Responsible for all changes in SAP Success Factors
• Annual accounts with the social insurances
• Connection between human resources and accounting
• Main responsibility for the auditors
• Assistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processes
• Participation in HR-relevant projects 

What You'll Bring:

• Commercial degree with further education in HR
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Reliable, proactive and independent way of working
• Very good knowledge of English, German or/and French knowledge is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP Success Factors
