Mission:
Act as a trusted legal advisor to the business, providing timely and commercially practical legal counsel to stakeholders in support of compliant, efficient, and strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced international organisation.
- Draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, ensuring legal accuracy, appropriate risk allocation, and alignment with business objectives
- Support governance structures and provide legal support to subsidiaries, acting as a trusted legal partner for operational and strategic matters
- Maintain and update legal frameworks for B2B and B2C e-commerce, including General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies and notifications, consumer facing policies and related commercial arrangements
- Handle global product liability matters, including the management of claims, risk assessments, and corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Handle intellectual property (IP) matters, including patent, trademark and related filings, portfolio management, and monitoring and enforcing of IP rights
- Advise on data protection matters, including DSG and GDPR compliance, collaborating with our subsidiaries to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines
- Support and coordinate corporate secretarial activities for relevant entities, ensuring sound corporate governance and compliance with statutory requirements in relevant jurisdictions
- Maintain and manage relationships with external legal counsels to support legal needs of the business including its subsidiaries
- Manage disputes and transactional matters and corporate development activities, including integration from a legal perspective.
- Partner with Compliance team and other departments on legal and regulatory matters relating to the production, import, marketing and distribution of products, including certifications.
- Supervise contract management of the business including across subsidiaries; maintain and further develop electronic contract management and archiving systems, and ensuring accessibility, compliance with internal standards and delegation of authority requirements
- Actively identify, analyse and manage areas of legal and regulatory risks for company operations and transactions.
Your profile:
- Proven track record of post-qualification legal experience in an in‑house legal department, preferably with exposure to multinational corporate environment within the sporting goods or consumer products industry
- Completed higher education at tertiary level (Swiss federal diploma, Master’s degree or equivalent legal qualification) and admission to practice in at least one relevant jurisdiction
- Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, and leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders to navigate complex situations and balance legal risk with business priorities
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial contracting, corporate law, legal compliance, IP and data protection; experience within international sporting goods industry would be an advantage

- Excellent written and spoken English with additional language capabilities in German or French, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
