Mission:
- Organize and coordinate conformity assessment activities for personal protective equipment (PPE) in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties, including laboratories and Notified Bodies
- Analyze and communicate test results to product development teams
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve internal product compliance guidelines and processes
- Request, review, and manage technical compliance documentation
- Monitor and assess developments in compliance legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements across relevant markets
- Participate actively in technical standard committees and compliance-related industry working groups
- Support and advise product development and sales teams on technical compliance matters
- Coordinate and oversee product compliance information provided to customers, including website content
- Summarize and present complex regulatory topics and test results to a broad range of stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally in product compliance, regulatory affairs, product certification, quality assurance, or a related field
- Knowledge of product compliance, conformity assessment, technical standards, and regulatory requirements is a strong asset
- Experience in the sports industry or with sporting goods products is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, documentation streams, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
- Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills and international experience are considered an asset
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the needs of athletes and consumers are highly valued
- Eligibility and willingness to work on-site in Switzerland
