Mission

As a Trainee in the Web Project Team at SCOTT Sports, you will support various web and digital projects across both B2C and B2B channels. Working closely with the E-Commerce Team, you will help coordinate product launches, web releases, digital merchandising, and content publishing. This position offers hands-on experience in managing a leading sports brand’s online presence while developing key project management skills. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders and receive guidance from experienced professionals to support your growth in a dynamic environment.

 

Tasks

  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating web launches and product go-lives, ensuring smooth digital merchandising updates and accurate content publishing on SCOTT’s websites.
  • Content Management: Help maintain and update web content, ensuring it is accurate and up to date. Assist in drafting and publishing stories, news, and product updates.
  • Project Tracking: Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools. Participate in meetings and follow up on key actions.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the Web Project Team and other departments to ensure alignment on digital projects. Provide support for internal users of digital marketing tools.
  • Administrative Support: Support the team with administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, updating documentation, and coordinating web projects

 

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Strong passion for sports, the outdoor industry, and digital marketing
  • Foundational knowledge of web management and project coordination
  • Interest in developing skills in website management (CMS) and digital project execution
  • Strong interest in digital tools, emerging technologies, and a willingness to adopt and learn new systems and workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
