Your mission:

Your primary responsibilities will be designing user-centered interfaces and crafting exceptional experience for our users.

Key responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

  • Analyze user behavior and identify pain points to inform design decisions.

  • Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research findings.

• Design & Prototyping

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.

• Collaboration & Feedback

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

  • Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership.

• Testing & Optimization

  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.

  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize user experiences.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

• Familiarity with prototyping tools and user testing platforms.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.

• Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.

• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
