Product Manager

To strengthen our Product Management team, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in performance apparel or sports equipment. You will own the product line from strategic planning through go-to-market execution, translating brand vision into a compelling, commercially differentiated range while ensuring the collection lands effectively across all distribution channels. You are a strong analytical and creative thinker with excellent market awareness and a deep understanding of range architecture, competitive positioning, and channel dynamics.
This role reports to the Head of Product Management and works closely with Design, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Planning to bring the product line to market.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Define seasonal range architecture and product briefs in line with brand vision and category strategy
· Build product line plans balancing innovation, commercial performance, and brand storytelling across the collection
· Translate product vision into executable go-to-market strategy — owning assortment differentiation and channel sequencing across multichannel distribution
· Partner with Design and Development throughout the product lifecycle to ensure product intent is carried through to execution
· Collaborate with Sales, Planning and Marketing to build go-to-market narratives, sell-in tools, and launch timing that align with channel-specific needs
· Manage pricing strategy and margin targets across the range
· Present range strategy and GTM plans to internal stakeholders and, where relevant, key wholesale partners
· Monitor in-season and post-season performance to inform future range and channel decisions
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within premium cycling, sports, or outdoor brands
· Strong track record building and executing product line strategy from concept through launch
· Solid understanding of go-to-market planning across multichannel
· Excellent analytical skills — comfortable working with sales data, market research, and competitive intelligence to drive decisions
· Good understanding of garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes is a plus
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align Design, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Planning around a shared product and channel strategy
· Commercial mindset with a solid grasp of pricing, margin, and assortment economics
· Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
· A genuine interest in sport and products made for movement
